The balance and depth to this is fantastic! Medium to full body with a density and phenolic tension that is wonderfully integrated and creates a harmonious and rather sophisticated palate. Some salted caramel to the cooked apple and light mango flavors. It’s stays with you but it’s the center palate that impresses. Creamy texture. Drink or hold. Screw cap. (10/2022)

The 2021 Chardonnay offers up vibrant notes of white peaches, fresh pears, and orange blossom leading to suggestions of almond croissant, struck flint, and cedar. The medium-bodied palate is energetic and vibrant, with a well-knit line of racy acidity and long, minerally finish. (08/2023)
