Inky purple. Heady aromas of cassis, cherry liqueur, vanilla and mocha, with a hint of tobacco emerging with aeration. Fleshy and broad but lively on the palate, offering sweet dark fruit and floral pastille flavors and suggestions of smoky minerals and vanilla. Suave, seamless and focused on a long, smoky finish that features supple tannins and an echo of sweet chewing tobacco.
