Lots of ripe red plums, cherries, damp herbs, iron, and sandalwood notes emerge from the 2020 Château D'Angludet, a ripe, plump, mouth-filling Margaux revealing some background chocolaty oak, plenty of mid-palate depth, and ripe, round tannins. I like it today but see no reason it shouldn't evolve for 15 years if well-stored. (03/2023)

The medium-bodied palate is juicy and refreshing, offering soft tannins and a satisfyingly fruity finish.
