Der 2021er Jahrgang von Pindefleurs ist eine Cuvée aus 90% Merlot und 10% Cabernet Franc. Seine Frucht scheint im ersten Eindruck etwas kühl, entwickelt sich aber in tolle Aromen von schwarzer Kirsche, Tabak und feinen floralen Noten. Der Körper ist ausgeprägt und wird von einer gewissen Saftigkeit begleitet. Alles in allem charmant mit einer leichten Bitterness im Finale. (2022)

The 2021 Pindefleurs has a smooth, ripe nose, higher-toned than the Peymouton, with quite lush red cherries and blueberry fruit in situ. The sweet, medium-bodied palate offers pliant tannins and a touch of balsamic and white pepper, perhaps just missing that vital kick on the finish.
