"Persistent but gentle mousse, well balanced and fragrant, white flowers, citrus, plenty of grip and lift, this is excellent quality, hard to argue with. Frédéric Zeimett winemaker, Hervé Jestin winemaker, 4g/l residual sugar." (07/2025)

"Nougat and candied fruits. White flowers. A wild herbal note. Thyme. This is richer and fuller than Boizel’s Joyau, at least on the attack. That is, until the chalky acidity and the slight hint of tannin engage and rein this in, building the sense of tension that defines the mid-palate. Rich but taut. Shapely on the attack but with that energising acidity vivifying the mid-palate. Excellent." - Colin Hay (09/2025)

"White stone fruit and green orchard fruit. Racy and so pure with a lovely balance between acidity and fruit purity. This is lively and fun, super easy to enjoy and like. Hints of buttery patisserie and brioche but only slightly so you get a hint of richness and texture while the citrus does the talking. Mouthwatering. Tense and straight, but in keeping with the style. A perfect aperitif wine. FIrst vintage certified organic. Biodynamic as of 2016. Dosage 4g/L. DIrector Frédéric Zeimett, winemaker Hervé Jestin." - Georgina Hindle (07/2025)

This has a citrusy, leafy style, the profile less layered than you’d expect from a vintage champagne. Lemon peel and butter, chalk and white flowers. Light-bodied with a tight, polished texture, zesty acidity and a mineral-laden finish. Drink or hold. (07/2025)
