It springs from the glass with youthful raspberry coulis, rose oil, aniseed, and wild blueberries with wafts of lavender and kirsch. The medium-bodied palate is beautifully elegant and refreshing, with fine-grained tannins and a long, mineral laced finish. This has so much energy! (09/2022)
