The 2019 Carlmagnus is quite pretty and also more refined than it was in barrel. Silky and beautifully perfumed, with lovely balance, the 2019 impresses with its overall harmony. All the elements are very nicely put together. Crushed flowers, spice and sweet red berry fruit linger. This tasty Fronsac has a lot to offer.

The full-bodied, rich, seductive palate is laden with spicy black fruits and a beautifully velvety texture, finishing with a peppery lift.
