Hints of fresh bread, almond paste and mint complement scents of crisp yellow orchard fruit, introducing the 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé En Chatenay, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered wine that's enveloping and complete, with succulent acids and a saline finish. This is a fine performance from this north-facing site.
