"Sherbet lemon with a lovely crisp green apple edge. Tastes like bruised apple, an element of apple crumble here, some buttery and cinnamon edges. Very appley, clean and clear, fun, bright, tangy and straightforward. A invigorating and lively wine with fine bubbles, yeasty, patisserie, creamy edges and crisp, crunchy acidity.
