"Pale gold-citrus colour, with a rich clarity to the colour. On the aromatics things start with a kick of lime zest, elderfower, sage, white peach fresh fig, orange zest, silky and salted cracker. A whirl of gunsmoke on the finish, and you're set. Will Berliner owner and winemaker, 1.25ha of vines. Whole bunch pressed, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, 33% new oak for ageing, 3.66ph."
