From: 2022 Bordeaux En Primeur: Balance Imbalance (May 2023) The 2022 Grand Village Blanc is elegant, sophisticated and wonderfully polished. Lemon confit, white flowers, mint, white pepper and a kiss of new oak grace this vibrant, nuanced white.

So bright and lively with energy and minerality. Dried-fruit character. Medium-bodied, fresh and vivid. Lemon and lime zest. Tight and linear finish. 70% sauvignon blanc and 30% semillon. (2023)

A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon, the 2022 Grand Village Blanc is a terrific achievement for the vintage. Expressing notes of pear, lime tree, lemon, spring flowers, jasmine and menthol, it’s medium to full-bodied with a broad and enveloping yet crystalline texture. The long, saline-infused finish hums with energy and tension. This is one of the most delectable but also pure and mineral-driven wines ever produced at this estate.
