2022 Château Peyrabon

A solid and rich red with blackberry, currant and lemon peel aromas. Medium to full body. Chewy and solid tannins. 54% cabernet sauvignon, 38% merlot, 5% cabernet franc, 3% petit verdot. (04/2023)

Made from 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot, the 2022 Peyrabon is deep garnet-purple in color. It rolls out with expressive notes of blackberry preserves, warm cassis, and plum preserves, plus hints of damp soil and mossy tree bark. The medium-bodied palate is coated with ripe black berries and earthy flavors with a soft texture and lifted finish. (05/2023)
