2023 Aurata Chardonnay

A powerful and generous wine with so much going on. Interesting contrast of cool and warm aromas and flavors, such as wild honey, white nuts, sage, crisp green pears, ocean and oyster brine. The texture is really compelling with a core of linear acidity surrounded with plushness and framed with tension. Spicy and energetic, you can't help but go back to it. Full body.
