The intensely yellow-colored 2023 Chardonnay Bürgstadter Berg 1G is very intense and almost rich on the deep, dense and saline as well as aromatic, almost tropical and quite generous, highly attractive nose that shows pineapple and ripe lemon notes. Full-bodied, elegant and creamy on the palate, this is a finely textured, complex, stimulating saline and mineral Chardonnay with some hedonistic features and mouthwatering grip on the persistently saline finish. It's a super value. 12.5% stated alcohol. Diam 10 cork. Tasted in October 2025.
