The 2023 Blanc Sec marries tension and textural creaminess in a style that is hugely appealing. Pear, white flowers, mint, passion fruit and light tropical notes all race across the palate. A hint of new oak adds nuance, but the 100% new barrels are barely felt. This is all class.
