The 2023 Pinot Noir Estate is a lighter, less brooding wine from the team at Domaine de la Côte. The only wine in the lineup that saw no new oak in élevage, the 2023 is beautifully tinctured with resonant floral top notes while remaining grounded, as usual, in an undeniable saline minerality. Crushed tea leaves, light sour cherry notes and tangerine zest spread gently across the palate. The Estate Pinot is so approachable today.
