"The 2023 Houyi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Merlot. Deep garnet-purple colored, notes of blueberry pie and plum preserves erupt from the glass, plus nuances of black pepper, anise, tapenade, and mossy tree bark, with a fragrant waft of sandalwood.
