Pure yet intense and aromatic on the cherry-scented as well as a little saline, floral and toasty nose, Fürt's 2023 Spätburgunder Klingenberger is an excellent and immediately attractive and perfectly balanced Pinot Noir from younger vines in the "grand cru" Schlossberg. Silky, irresistibly round and juicy, with very delicate tannins and lively yet refined acidity, this is a seamlessly textured, very elegant and digestible, super balanced sandstone Pinot with lingering, super animating salinity. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in November 2025.
