The 2023 Roble Portia, made with notable fruit intensity and was aged for four months in French oak barrels, represents an upgrade among Ribera del Duero’s more accessible wines. Intense notes of strawberry, cherry and a hint of violet emerge on the nose. The palate is succulent, almost sweet, with volume, juiciness and medium tannins. "New World Ribera" could be a fitting summary. Slightly tiring in its sweetness.
