Smoked black cherries, loamy earth, chocolate, and leafy herbs all give this an almost Pomerol-like feel. It's nicely textured, medium-bodied, has a plump, rounded mouthfeel, and ripe tannins. It's solid in the vintage, and I'd be surprised if this didn't end up being a rock-solid, outstanding Saint-Émilion. (05/2025)
