"Minty, menthol nose, Cabernet markers. Floral touches with liquorice and black chocolate. Quite sour, tart fruit gives an immediate zing in the mouth. Clean and sleek, a core of clove and cedar spice with bitter black chocolate edges but good persistence. Vivid colour, good structure with pure fruit and lifted acidity. Fun, zesty bitter orange with some iodine notes too. A little tense still at the end. 3.5pH." - Georgina Hindle (04/2025)
