2024 Château de la Cour d'Argent

The 2024 La Cour d'Argent has a light red cherry- and peppermint-tinged bouquet that gains a little intensity with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and the oak is simpatico with the fruit, leading to a pretty, spicy finish. - Neal Martin (04/2025)

A blend of 95% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2024 Château La Cour D'Argent reveals juicy cherries, redcurrants, tobacco, and sappy herbs. Medium-bodied and pure, it shows a focused, elegant style and good balance. When all is said and done, it could end up being an outstanding wine. Deep garnet-purple colored. Opens with peppered strawberries and raspberries before giving way to hints of dusty earth and wild fungi. The light to medium-bodied palate is lively and lightly chewy with a savory finish. (05/2025)
