"Chapelle besteht zu 100 % aus Cabernets! Eine sehr seltene Kombination. Das Bouquet ist würzig, fruchtig, sehr rein ! Viele rote Früchte. Der Wein hat Fülle und Finesse. Er schafft so die Symbiose zwischen der Kraft samtiger Tannine und der Spannung des Cabernet. Das Ergebnis ist ein harmonischer, eleganter Wein, der erobert und Freude bereitet, wenn man sich auf seinen großen Bruder bezieht! Was für ein herrlicher Wein!" (04/2025)

"This is pure Cabernet, as in 2021. And it’s sublime. A little closed and introspective at first but really enticing – with a lovely leafiness to the cassis, bramble and black berry fruits. Cedar wafts through the fruits with or without aeration after the passage of time. There’s iris, a touch of lily of the valley, saffron too. So pure and gracious, with just the optimal degree of freshness – bringing considerable precision and focus to the fruits. This is pixilated and detailed and delineated, like a mirror held up to the perfection of the fruit. Gracious and lithe, limpid and sapid. A different style of Chapelle that is very respectful of the vintage. It is light and aerial but it fills out with aeration." - Colin Hay (04/2025)

"Lovely fragrance on the nose, so aromatic and expressive. Deep and nuanced with bright red berries, some blackcurrant leaf and violet touches. Structured and forward, this is lovely, a firm texture with hints of both chalkiness and fleshiness. Cool and fresh straight away with juiciness but really the stars here are the structure and gentle power pushing the wine forward. A different style but still just as juicy as the others. A little compact still but no doubt this will be a fine wine with delicious mineral undercurrents and some wet stones touches on the finish. Smart and sophisticated. A yield of 33hl/ha. 20% second wine. 3.5pH. Ageing 100% new oak. No Merlot in the blend this year." - Georgina Hindle (04/2025)
