The 2024 Paleo Bianco is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and the remainder Sauvignon Blanc and pours a bright straw hue. Offering a fresh, mineral-driven profile, with beeswax, pear, flinty earth, wet stone, lemon balm, and thyme, it’s medium to full-bodied on the palate and has crisp salinity balanced by a silky texture, with just 10% new oak supporting the structure without dominating. It’s both immediately appealing and structured enough to develop further with time. Drink 2027-2037.
