"Yummy, cool acidity starts the expression with lovely soft, creamy, powdery tannins. I really like the cool Cabernet aspect here with soft dried herbs and crunchy, wet stone aspects. Controlled and refined, perhaps missing a touch more vibrancy and bright fruit, but this is true to Pauillac in a ‘cool’ vintage style.
