Smooth and velvety with a lovely supple expression that shows texture but also bounce thanks to the fruit and acidity. Great structure, lovely energy and focus here – nothing overdone. A light, crisp and crunchy style yet so delicate with a real focus on clarity. Feels really well constructed with an overall cool and fresh aspect. Lovely. I really like it.
