"Quite a dark herbal aromatic expression with wild purple flowers, liquorice, blackcurrant and freshly cut herbs plus lots of graphite and saline elements too. Relatively firm and compact but so juicy and mouthwatering. Very pure, a touch grainy and salty with a stony, chocolate, liquorice and blueberry aspect. Juicy and fun, this is a nice youthful style with plenty of life, juiciness and acidity. 50% production with more than 20% press wine. Ungemein duchgehender Trinkfluss, wie aus einem Guss.
