"Friendly and upfront, a lovely lick of quite bright acidity before turning much more mineral with flint, wet stones, struck match and a cool, crisp graphite edge. Very pure, very gentle, not overly sweet with mouthwatering acidity but hidden behind the complexity of flavour and layers of texture – spice, bitterness, freshness and fruit.
