The 2025 Tour de Pez is a tasty, fruity Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois. Freshly cut flowers, blood orange, chalk, mint and white pepper lift a core of red-toned fruit. The 2025 is perhaps a bit lean, but it compensates for that with terrific energy and verve.
