The 2025 Grand Village Blanc was picked from August 19 to 22. It has a relatively light nose that opens with scents of Conference pear and apple blossom that gain intensity with aeration. The palate is bright and perky with lime and green apple notes, a keen line of acidity and a citrus-fresh finish that leaves you wanting more. The nose just needs to come out of its shell, but the palate is "happening".
