Champagne Rosé - second skin

A very pretty, light pink in the glass, the Ruinart Rose NV has attractive cherry and ripe grapefruit notes leading into a bright, juicy palate that explodes with vibrant acidity and a creamy mousse full of red fruit and spice. Composed of 55% Pinot Noir of which 12% is still, and 45% Chardonnay with 30% reserve wine in the blend, it is aged two to three years sur latte and finished with an eight gram per liter dosage. This is a very fresh, uncomplicated rosé and ready to enjoy. (11/2023)
