"... sehr schönes und feines Mousseux, präzise und komplexe Nase zugleich mit exotischen Aromen, Nuancen von Apfel und grünem Tee, etwas Brioche, sehr schön am Gaumen mit sehr langem Finale. Wow"

"Pommery was the first Champagne house to launch an English sparkling wine, choosing Hampshire as the location for its vineyard. (Others will follow – Taittinger's Domaine Evremond in Kent, for example, will launch its sparkling wine in autumn 2024.) It's a good debut with a fine, soft mousse, clean, focused and lemony with green apple and shortcrust pastry flavours, juicy depth and a tangy, toasty length. Champagne prices, yes, but Champagne quality too." - Amy Wislocki (10/2023)

"Savoury and bready with very well balanced dosage. An accomplished wine with fine mousse and impressive length. Focused and precise." - Susie Barrie MW, Freddy Bulmer, Stephen Skelton MW (at Decanter magazine's January 2020 issue UK Sparkling Panel Tasting, 08 Oct 2019)

"A lactic, milky freshness appears on the wine's nose first. With more air it gets creamier and morphs into a notion of buttery shortbread. The palate then majors on this shortbread theme, surrounding and enlivening it with lovely lemon freshness and adding a generous dosage that really lets the Golden Delicious apple notes speak. The mousse is admirably fine, and the finish is dry." - Anne Krebiehl MW (11/2020)
