The 2023 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the first clear expression of this vision. Originally produced in 2005, the wine returns now as Andy and Annie’s most complete articulation of Napa Valley, brining together Oakville’s power and Coombsville’s lift in a single, cohesive wine. - Favia

"Intense, tangible crushed raspberry and cassis puree, capturing texture and flavour, concentrated and powerful yet with a salted caramel lick and a gentle pacing that steps carefully through the palate. Great stuff. Natural yeasts, low intervention, no filtering or fining. This year it is the first time to be almost entirely Oakville vines, now in co-ownership between the Heeneus family with Annie Favia and Andy Erickson." (02/2026)

"A brand new wine from Annie Favia and Andy Erickson with mainly Oakville fruit from next to Opus One. Gorgeous aromatics on the nose, black chocolate, ripe blackcurrants. Supple and alive, this has energy from the get go, a tangy undercurrent of acidity that really enlivens the senses with cherry, cranberry and plum. Total finesse, lots of flavour but so seamless and integrated with tannins that give structure and hold your attention but don't overwhelm in any way. Strong but elegant and long. Floral, scented and peppery - this has Andy and Annie's fingerprints on it and I love it. Such a juicy, smile-inducing finish too with a salty, blood iron and orange rind tang. Gorgeous." - Georgina Hindle (02/2026)
