The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, with 3% Malbec in the blend, is pale to medium garnet-purple in color. It skips out of the glass with bright, cheery notes of redcurrant jelly, black raspberries, and fresh blackcurrants, followed by hints of rose oil, dried lavender, and wild sage. The medium-bodied palate is vibrant and refreshing, with fine-grained tannins and loads of crunchy red fruit layers, finishing long and minerally. (08/2023)
