Here’s a really complex and beautifully balanced medium-bodied German chardonnay with excellent focus right through the long and energetic, wet stone finish. Just a touch of smoke right at the end. This has the structure and vitality to mature further in the bottle for many years. Wild fermented and matured sur lie in lightly-toasted barriques. From organically grown grapes. Unfiltered.
